About Michael W. Cooper

Mr. Cooper has many years of experience in all aspects of estate planning, wills, trusts and probate. He represents individuals, families, and small business owners throughout Northern California in all aspects of estate planning, business planning, tax planning, wealth preservation and asset protection. He helps clients plan their estates, their family and business transitions, and their elder years with revocable and irrevocable trusts, business and property agreements, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, insurance trusts, charitable trusts and other planning strategies. He represents clients in probate estates and trust administration, and works together with clients and tax professionals on preparation of gift and estate tax returns.
